• Fees once paid for courses, eBooks, or test series are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure or duplicate transaction.

• All payments must be made through authorised payment links or UPI/bank transfers provided by Alojy Science Academy.

• In case of payment disputes or billing errors, users must report the issue within 7 working days via email at alojyacademy@gmail.com.

• Alojy does not store or directly process payment card information; all transactions are handled securely through third-party payment gateways.

📚 6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, graphics, videos, logos, eBooks, and question banks — is the intellectual property of Alojy Science Academy.
