All course fees, test series fees, and payments made for online or offline classes, eBooks, or study materials are non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment is completed.
Refunds are only considered in the following special cases:
Duplicate payment made accidentally for the same course.
Technical error in payment processing leading to unsuccessful enrolment.
Cancellation by Alojy Science Academy due to administrative or scheduling reasons.
In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
To request a refund (if eligible):
Email us at alojyacademy@gmail.com with your payment receipt and transaction details.
Mention your name, course name, and payment date.
Once verified, the refund will be initiated to the same payment method used during purchase.
Change of mind after course access or batch allotment.
Partial usage of course or test materials.
Non-attendance of live/recorded sessions.
Delays due to internet, device, or user issues.
